If your role involves preparing or consigning lithium batteries, training is required under NZS 5433 and the Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005. This lithium battery course supports that requirement, however the full Shippers of Dangerous Goods by Road course must still be completed.

No. This is a complementary course focused specifically on lithium batteries. The full Shippers of Dangerous Goods by Road course is still required to meet overall dangerous goods training obligations.
