How do I enrol in a course?

Simply select your course and click Enrol Now. You will be guided through secure checkout and account creation. Once completed, your course will be available immediately in your learner dashboard.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. A learner account is automatically created during checkout. This allows you to access your courses, track progress, download certificates and revisit training at any time.

When do I get access to my course?

Access is provided immediately after successful payment. You can start training straight away from your learner dashboard.

Can I complete the course at my own pace?

Yes. All courses are self paced, allowing you to complete the training at a time that suits you. You can log in and out as needed and continue from where you left off.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card. For company or bulk enrolments, invoice payment options may be available on request.

Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. Once you successfully complete a course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Dangerous Goods Solutions Ltd, which can be used as evidence of training for compliance and auditing purposes.

Can businesses enrol multiple staff members?

Yes. We support small, medium and large businesses across New Zealand. If you wish to enrol multiple employees, please contact us with your number of staff and we can provide suitable enrolment options for your organisation.

Do you offer company or bulk discounts?

Yes. Discounted company rates are available depending on the number of employees requiring training. Please contact us with your team size and we will provide customised pricing based on your business requirements.

How long do I have access to my course?

You will have access for 8 weeks as stated on the course page, allowing you to complete the training and revisit the material if required.
