4. Training Purpose

These courses are intended to meet the regulatory training requirements of applicable dangerous goods legislation and recognised standards, including but not limited to NZS 5433 and the Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005, where relevant to the course.

Completion of a course does not remove the responsibility of employers or individuals to ensure ongoing competency, supervision, and compliance with applicable laws and operational requirements.

5. Certification

Certificates of Completion are issued only when:

• All required modules are completed

• Any required assessments or exams are successfully passed

• Course requirements have been met in full

Certificates:

• Are issued digitally

• Are valid only for the individual named

• May not be altered, copied, or misrepresented

• Can be revoked if misuse or dishonesty is identified

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate enrolment information

• Complete training honestly without impersonation or assistance

• Follow all course instructions and safety guidance

• Not misuse training for unlawful or unsafe purposes

Dangerous Goods Solutions Ltd reserves the right to remove access where misuse occurs.

7. Payments and Refunds

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise

Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated

Course access is typically granted immediately upon payment

Refund Policy

Due to instant access to digital training materials:

Refunds are generally not provided once a course has been accessed

Refunds may be considered only where:

• A technical failure prevents access

• Duplicate payment occurred

• Required by New Zealand consumer law

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
